We’re looking for an Account Coordinator that shows up with a blowtorch when the client asks for their soup hot. You’re the one people lean on — the rock our team needs. You’ll ensure information is captured and relayed appropriately on assigned accounts and act out the steps required to fulfill client deliverables in an efficient, timely manner. Being organized allows you to think on your feet, bring ideas to life, and stay on top of multiple projects. We also love your proactive thinking skills, exceptional verbal and written communication abilities and strong attention to detail.

Key activities include:

  • Providing support for project planning and execution
  • Relaying information appropriately and planning steps for client deliverables
  • Staying on top of multiple, ongoing client projects
  • Understanding assigned accounts’ activities

As Account Coordinator, you’ll report to the Director of Client Services and work in tandem with the Account Manager(s). You’ll also work closely alongside the internal team members and have direct and continuous contact with assigned agency clients as well as media and production suppliers. Work will take place in the Edmonton office, with occasional on-the-job travel requirements. Agency experience is considered an asset.
