The Ryan Jespersen’s Real Talk Golf Classic Giveaway (the “Contest”) is sponsored and administered by zag (the “Sponsor”).
Eligibility
The Contest is open only to individuals who are registered golfers participating in the Ryan Jespersen’s Real Talk Golf Classic golf tournament. Employees, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families or households may be excluded from participation at the Sponsor’s discretion.
Contest Period
The Contest begins and ends during the Ryan Jespersen’s Real Talk Golf Classic event. All entries must be received before the Contest closes on the day of the tournament.
How to Enter
Eligible participants may enter by scanning the official Contest QR code and completing the online entry form.
Limit of one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual may be disqualified.
Prize
There is one (1) prize available to be won, consisting of a prize package with an approximate retail value of CAD $750.
The prize relates to Edmonton and surrounding areas. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, refundable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
Winner Selection
One (1) eligible winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
The draw will take place following the conclusion of the tournament.
Winner Notification
The selected entrant will be contacted by telephone and/or email using the contact information provided at the time of entry.
To be declared the winner, the selected entrant must:
- Correctly answer a time-limited, unaided mathematical skill-testing question;
- Comply with these Official Rules; and
- Respond to the Sponsor’s notification attempt by Tuesday, June 23, 2026.
Failure to Claim Prize
If a selected entrant cannot be contacted, fails to respond by the deadline, fails the skill-testing question, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules, they will forfeit the prize and an alternate entrant may be selected by random draw from the remaining eligible entries. This process may be repeated until an eligible winner is confirmed.
Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Privacy
Personal information collected for the purposes of this Contest will be used solely for administering the Contest, including winner selection, verification, and prize fulfillment, and will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, partners, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
Right to Modify or Cancel
The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the Contest, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, if any factor interferes with the proper administration of the Contest, including but not limited to technical failures, fraud, unauthorized intervention, or any other cause beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control.
General
By entering the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.
This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations.
