With Laurent and Eleanor, the established, modern developer set out to bring two distinct residential communities to market. In a crowded rental landscape, each needed a personality of its own and a reason for people to take notice. Naming, brand identity and creative campaigns brought each to life, giving Laurent and Eleanor their own place in the market.
